Function: Customer Care Engineer (m/f)


Desired Skills and expertise:


Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering or similar;

Experience with Cisco IOS configuration, hardware and software upgrades;

Proficiency in switching and routing configuration;

Good knowledge of TCP/IP and related protocols and topics;

Checkpoint Firewalls (gaia/secureplatform) policies configuration;

Other vendors routers/switches (Juniper, HP);

Fluent English, both spoken and written.
