To confer the students knowledge and competences so that they can:
- understand the national and european public policies (government action) regarding Energy and Environmment, particularly in what concerns Decarbonization and Energy Transition;
- understand the main regulation mechanisms for the energy sector;
- analyse the main national policy instruments regarding Energy and Environment.
