After the approval in the curricular unit, the student will have to possess the capacity of:

Representing and modeling of biomedical signals and medical data.

Knowledge of estimation, extraction and feature selection techniques.

Apply techniques of pattern recognition and decision theory in automatic classification of data and medical images.

Develop systems to support clinical decision.
