The students that finish with success this elective will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge about the Fundamentals on microeconomics and macroeconomics.
- Demonstrate knowledge about the Fundamentals on project management, strategic analysis, finance and project investment.
- Develop a project investment analysis and a business plan supported by a business case.
- Think about real situations of projects in companies, related to organization, technological innovation, entrepreneurship/start-up, risk, human resources and finance.
- Discuss case studies about project management and investment analysis.
