On May 9th, a study visit was carried out within the scope of the Final Project curricular unit of the Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Engineering (LEETC) at ISEL.

The visit took place between 2pm and 5pm, at the Altice/MEO facilities, located at Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo, no. 40 in Lisbon, and was attended by 15 students.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to see cutting-edge technological infrastructure up close, highlighting:

• The Fixed Network Laboratory
• The 5G Lab
• The 5G Base Station located on the roof of the Picoas Building

The initiative's main objective was to provide students with direct contact with real technological environments, allowing them to consolidate knowledge acquired throughout the course and understand its practical application in business and industrial contexts.
