Bachelor and Licentiate Degree in Mechanical Engineering (ISEL - IPL).

Works as an Associate Professor, exclusively dedicated to the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa.

His areas of interest and research are: Composite materials, Fracture Mechanics, Mechanical Design, CAD and Finite Elements.
