Intended learning outcomes
A student completing this course unit should be able to:
- Explain the electrical conduction mechanisms in semiconductors transistors devices.
- Explain equivalent small signals, low frequency models and evaluate the magnitude of current/voltage components in the circuit.
- Test experimentally semiconductor devices and compare experimental results with the simulation data.
- Write reports with the analysis of the circuit.
