Intended learning outcomes
Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:
- Understand the computational model and architecture of an operating system;
- Discuss the relevant aspects relating to the implementation of the key concepts of an operating system;
- Know the main entities (objects) of the operating system and how they can be integrated into programs through system calls;
- Develop programs that incorporate functionality exported by operating system programmatic interfaces.
