Intended learning outcomes
  1. Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of transport, traffic engineering and public transport.
  2. Basic theoretical and practical skills on the techniques of study and analysis of road traffic and public transport problems.
  3. Obtain skills to interpret traffic study components and be able to integrate the teams that develop studies of this nature.
  4. Obtain basic skills to apply the concept of intermodality in cities aiming at the overall effectiveness and sustainability of the system.
  5. Acquire laboratory skills to:
    • Perform traffic observation and counts using advanced means.
    • Model and analyze traffic microsimulation models.
