Intended learning outcomes

A student completing this course unit should be able to:

  1. Define and apply the concepts of filter, oscillator, and transform.
  2. Describe the functioning of digital signal processing systems.
  3. Formulate, develop, and optimize real-time digital signal processing algorithms.
  4. Use and program embedded systems for real-time digital signal processing.
  5. Formulate solutions for typical and frequent problems found in digital signal processing.
  6. Develop digital signal processing systems of medium complexity.
  7. Write project reports of medium extension, with the description, the details and the evaluation of the options taken in the project.
