Skills in project management, general knowledge and use of software project management in the preparation and control process works.

Particularities of the public resulting works of principles of efficiency, competition and transparency, European and national law applicable.
Notions about the importance of the parts of the procedure, the contract, and guarantees or collateral.

The various public entities promoters of public works. Rules to be observed in specific procedures and control mechanisms.
Ensure knowledge about methodologies for control of cost, time and quality in public works.

Understanding the value of money over time, the notion of revision of prices and rules for their application.
The environment that follows the procedures that contribute to the realization of public works. The role of the various actors.

Ability to identify the main variables of planning and control of works, using IT tools. Exercising the concepts and skills by performing exercises.
